13 Canaan was the father of

Sidon his firstborn, and of the Hittites,

13 And Canaan begat Zidon his firstborn, and Heth,

13 Canaan’s oldest son was Sidon, the ancestor of the Sidonians. Canaan was also the ancestor of the Hittites,

13 Canaan begot Sidon, his firstborn, and Heth;

13 Canaan’s first child was Sidon. He was also the father of the Hittites,

13 And Canaan begat Sidon his first-born, and Heth,

13 —And Canaan begot Zidon his firstborn, and Heth,

13 Canaan was the father of Sidon his firstborn, then Heth,
